The ongoing modernization of Benson Polytechnic features 230,000 SF of historically significant renovation and 135,000 square feet of new construction. The design reinvigorates Benson Polytechnic as a national model for career learning-based education. Included is the 1,000 seat Auditorium with a combination of motorized and counterweight rigging systems, and state of the art theatre lighting.
