When you send us an order or a
subcontract, Stagecraft assigns a Project Manager
to your job. Every year we process between 300
and 400 projects. Keeping all those jobs on schedule
and under control is the task of our project management
team.
Project managers resolve contract issues, distribute
submittal documents, verify site conditions and
coordinate installation schedules. They meet frequently
to review production schedules, solve logistical
problems and update the installation calendar.
Effective communication between Stagecraft and
our customers, and coordination between our installers,
the General Contractor and other subcontractors
are our primary goals.
